Order Processing Time
Due to our early morning UPS pick-up, all orders (i.e. Ground, 2nd Day Air®, and Next Day Air®) received after 5:00am (Central Time (CT) U.S.) will be shipped within three business days. All late Friday orders or orders placed over a holiday will be processed the following business day. All diagram orders are shipped within three (3) business day(s) of the order received. This delay will depend upon demand/back order. Contact Customer Service: for more info before placing your order. All orders with a shipping address and billing address that are not the same will be held until the purchaser is contacted and the order is confirmed.

U.S. - Saturday Delivery
All orders, unless otherwise noted, are scheduled for delivery Monday through Friday. If you need Saturday delivery, please Contact Customer Service: to determine current rates and see if Saturday delivery is available in your area.
U.S. - UPS Ground® Delivery Time
Yes, we ship internationally every day! To calculate your shipping costs, select your country from the list on the Shopping Cart page or during the Checkout process and the website will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
Shipping charges are calculated and charged when the order is placed. However, all import duties or customs import fees are due upon pickup/delivery of the item. We are not responsible for this charge.
The primary international shipping carrier is USPS (U.S. Postal Service). USPS will pick up the order from our facility and deliver it to your own country's primary post office or mail carrier for final delivery to your address.
International Lost Package
In the unlikely event your international order is lost in transit or not delivered on time, please Contact Customer Service: One of our Customer Representatives will file a claim/inquiry with USPS to investigate the lost package. Because international claims require coordination with a foreign postal administration it can take some time for foreign postal administration to complete the investigation into the claim/inquiry. SolarPathfinder will not re-ship any order until the investigation into the claim/inquiry is complete and the package is confirmed lost.
Our goal is to see to it that every order we ship is shipped in a timely fashion and ready to use the moment it is received. But we can not be held responsible for how packages are handled once they leave our facility, or how they are delivered. In the event you do not receive a package or receive a package that's damaged, we will do everything within our power to track the package or seek compensation for whatever damage may of occurred during shipment. However, if the carrier states the package was delivered and that it was not damaged when delivered, we can not issue credit or be held responsible for any financial loss. The transaction is considered completed once the carrier provides proof the item was delivered.
Please also remember, tracking international orders can take up to 4 to 6 months from date of purchase.

SolarPathfinder unit Warranty (PF-c, PF-tc)
The Solar Pathfinder™ is guaranteed against defects in parts and workmanship, when used as directed for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your new SolarPathfinder™, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with SolarPathfinder™ leaves you satisfied. If for you are still not satisfied with the Solar Pathfinder™, you may return it up to 15 days from date of receipt. In the event that you still wish to return your Solar Pathfinder™, here are a few things you should know:
1. You are responsible for shipping the SolarPathfinder™ back to us and for the costs associated with that
shipment (We recommend that you insure your shipment.).
It is important that you return everything on your order, and that it is in its original condition and packaging.
2. We will credit your account for the SolarPathfinder™ upon receipt.
Software Support Warranty (SPA, SPA-base, SPV, APV)
We support our software five (5) years after purchase with performance updates, bug fixes, updated weather stations and magnetic declination tables, etc. At the end of five (5) years we provide inexpensive upgrade options for just $39.00 to the same software line.
